Tempered glass inspection standard
Tempered glass, thickness 3.2mm±0.3mm; tempering performance in line with national standard: GB9963-88, or the impact resistance of the packaged component meets the performance index specified in the national standard GB9535-88 ground silicon solar cell module environmental test method; The light transmittance should be higher than 90%; the glass should be clean and free of steam, and should not touch the two surfaces of the glass with bare hands.
Low-iron tempered suede glass (also known as white glass) with a thickness of 3.2 mm and a transmittance of 91% or more in the wavelength range of the solar cell spectral response (320-1100 nm), and infrared light greater than 1200 nm. High reflectivity. The glass is also resistant to radiation from the sun's ultraviolet light, and the light transmittance does not decrease.
The glass passes or conforms to the national standards GB/T 9963-1998 and GB 2828-87.
1. function introduction
2. material introduction
Tempered glass used as a packaging material for photovoltaic modules has high requirements for the following performances
a). Mechanical impact strength
b). Surface light transmission
c). Static pressure
d). Appearance
3. quality requirements and incoming sampling
1) The standard thickness of tempered glass is 3.2mm, and the tolerance is 0.2mm.
2) The size of the tempered glass is 1574*802mm, the tolerance is 0.5mm, and the diagonal deviation of the two diagonals is 0.7mm.
3) Tempered glass is allowed to have a length of not more than 10 mm per side of the meter, and the depth from the edge of the glass to the surface of the glass sheet is not more than 2 mm, and the edge of the sheet extending to the other side of the glass does not exceed one third of the thickness of the glass.
4) Concentrated air bubbles of less than 1 mm in length are not allowed inside the tempered glass. For lengths greater than 1mm
However, no more than 6 bubbles per square meter of air bubbles of not more than 6 mm.
5) Stones, cracks, and corners are not allowed.
6) The transmittance of tempered glass in the visible light range is not less than 90%.
7) The tempered glass surface is allowed to have a width of less than 0.1 mm per square meter and a scratch length of less than 50 mm. No more than one scratch per square meter with a width of 0.1-0.5mm and a length of less than 50mm.
8) Tempered glass is not allowed to have wave bending, and bow bending is not allowed to exceed 0.2%. According to GB/T9963-1998, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, the number of pieces must exceed 40 in the area of 50mm*50mm.
4. Inspection rules
According to the factory batch number, the sample is sampled. The third chapter contains the full inspection. One of the products does not meet the inspection requirements. The product is fully inspected. If it still does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4, 4), 5), 7), 8) If the inspection requires, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
